Hello, I just wondered when the Divastyle points were updated as I
don't see my last order has been added on there. It was order W******* for $** so I should be on *** points or am I doing something wrong ? Many thanks for your reply.

Thank you for emailing Torrid.com! To receive credit for your online
purchases you must link your diva style account to your online membership.
If your diva account is not linked then the points would not have been
added to the account. If your diva card is linked and you feel it is a
mistake that you have not received your points please email us back and we
would be more than happy to add your points for you. I hope this helps.
Also just to let you know the points are added after the order ships out.

Hi again,
They are linked since the start, before I even placed my first order, I created my accounts (my Divastyle number is *******) and this order was shipped out on the ***** and received by me on the *****.
So I think that unless you have a back log of points to credit I've been missed as I'm stuck on **** which is the total of x orders and this one was my xth that should have brought me up to a total of ***.
