For me the problem is not resolved as I am still not having my full postage paid for returning these items.
If I had been sent the sizes that I ordered in the first place instead of size 0 I would not be contacting you.
This is ridiculous to pay me only 12$ towards returning these goods to you when I have to send them back recorded post at a far greater cost.
Through no fault of my own I have items that I cannot wear and you are asking me to pay part return postage ?
I would like my case to be dealt with by your supervisor in Customer services
